We had a fantastic time enjoying the friendly atmosphere. The breakfast spread was delightful, especially with so many fresh fruits and pastries. It was also super convenient having our pet with us, and we loved being so close to Morumbi Mall for shopping and meals.
In my wife’s opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

The location offers easy access to the Morumbi Shopping mall, making it convenient for dining and shopping. Room cleanliness was an issue. I noticed a stain on the floor that went unaddressed throughout my stay. The breakfast was decent but lacked any standout flavors, particularly the coffee, which was quite unpleasant. The bathroom design could definitely use some improvements, especially with the shower valves being cumbersome to operate.

We loved our stay, especially the delicious breakfast spread with fresh fruits! The kids enjoyed the spacious rooms and the friendly atmosphere. The location was perfect for us, right across from Morumbi Mall. Our visit to the Municipal Theatre of São Paulo was a cultural highlight!
